Thinking about this. I want the doctor to know that I wear this 3/4 of the day every day. I need the long term implications from both a skin perspective and a restriction perspective. Who else but a doctor to give you the medical opinion of those conditions. So what if it temporarily embarrasses her; I am the one that is restricted and can't really even get an erection AND have to explain to her that my wife has the key and likes this. I am going with it on - full disclosure to the nurse before the doctor comes in so as to not embarrass or scare the doctor.
