I've noticed that same thing, I can leak without rhyme or reason. While I've never been a big "pre-cummer" it seems a bit more in chastity. I'm inclined to think that perhaps the cage puts pressure on something??? I self-lock and it can be a challenge at times to stay "motivated." Part of the thrill of chastity with a keyholder is the loss of control and not knowing if or when you might be released. I would suggest finding a way to secure the key. Use a time lock, mail it to yourself, or leave it at work.
I can only go a few days at a time. Since I'm ABDL too, and wear diapers at night, I clean frequently for good hygiene and keep any rashes at bay.
46 and I find my body responding in ways it hasn’t in quite a while. As far as the “tears” I notice it’s quite a bit when I become aroused by something. And becoming aroused without manual stimulation seems to come more often when I’m witholding a release.
