hello, i got the very teeny one and it is very comfy. i don't thinks that men with average dicks wud fit in it tho, but the one you put in your letter looks a bit bigger so that shud be ok.
Takes forever to get but good products. They are mostly knockoffs and you need to make sure any urethral tube is actually medical grade stainless. Definitely dont want rust forming in there!!!

@123Dick Hello again. I would be careful with these. I Have seen the same device listed on uberkinky and the reviews are mixy. The insert apparently doesn't screw in properly and it appears most just then glue it onto the cage.
I bought one of the medium sized ones to move on from my cb6ks ..plus the smallest one - which i think is the same as jemima's. Its basically ok in terms of craftsmanship but for that price you can't expect the best..it looks sound though. No idea if insert is surgical steel quality, but would guess not, but that said it's showing no sign of deterioration although i do not have it inserted all the time as wife/Mistress not to keen on that. At end of the day you get what you pay for but as a "taster" for steel its ok but i think that ultimately i'm going to find myself in one of the higher quality ones soon! (we have moved on at a great rate since starting earlier this year!) As far as the insert is concerned..the jury is still out!. Nothing ventured ..nothing gained! cj
