    I purchased Mike's Spike and it arrived January 07, 2013. The best KTB on the market. The screws are adjustable and the pain is excruciating beyond description. This morning I put it on with a very, very slight erection and I simply was in torture. The Stockroom is
    having a sale on the KTB so, if you want it, now is the time to get it because it's very reasonable. You can order the extra sharp spikes
    which I did but will not install them. The default spikes are torture enough.
    There is a reason I chose this torture as it's quite necessary for me to focus on my work and not constant sexual thoughts. The KTB will
    indeed teach mind control.

    Vicious is not even the word to use. I have not found a word in the English language to describe the pain. Not to mention the burning that goes along with the spikes being driven into you relentlessly. Don't even *think* of an erection because just the beginning flow of blood will send one into excruciating pain.
