    I think the worst punishment I have ever inflicted was making someone kneel on rice (uncooked rice on a tile floor) in the corner and be ignored for a while. Painful!!! More painful then a whipping, according to him.

    That is a pretty good idea. Do you have any other ideas for punishments that wouldn't require any physical interaction from my Wife? Anyone else feel free to chime in as well, I'll be forwarding these on to Her and maybe something will appeal.

    Being totally ignored sucks...

    having your CD taken away for a period of time is an attention getter too (Mistress has taken my rings twice, once overnight and once for 24 hours). When you are so used to having something there and it's not, it feels unnatural. I woke up so many times during the night iin a panic that they had come off, and I couldn't find them, only to remember I had been "bad"... definately gets my attention! This might not work for many of the subs here, though... seems like I'm in the minority who have the willpower (or enough fear) to follow Mistress's rules and not handle the property....

    I sent my sub off home recently for arguing with me. It was only a trivial matter, nonetheless I felt the need to
    "nip it in the bud"
    He was in chastity with the key in my possession and with instructions not to contact me in any way shape or form.
    I actually found it quite hard myself though I suspect it was considerably harder for him.
    Anyway, I called him after two weeks and told him that anymore signs willfulness would be dealt with in the same way but for a longer period. Hopefully that's done the trick. I really don't want to have to repeat it.

    Tough Love, tough punishment... A good Mistress will know what works adn what doesn't, and sometimes the "shock and awe" route is needed to get a submissive's head back in the right frame of mind.

    Cudo's Mistress Amanda (Mascara Snake) for being honest about it being hard for you to do. Sometimes we, the submisives, forget the emotional connection our Mistress's have, and that they really don't want to hurt us but sometimes it is required...
