I totally concur with Mistress B, having been locked in both the Intense, & the Severe KTB - I certainly know how painfull it can potentially be. Yes, the first post is a very good one with stating how the Keyholder "benefits" from it not being removed. i remain in the chastity until my wife decides it's to be removed. i don't ask for it to be unlocked, i only mention to her that when it is convenient for her to get the key, that i need to clean it better.
