    I've tried both the steel and plastic KTBs, they certainly do what it says on the packet and show no mercy whatsoever! The experience with the Clubfem plastic device left me with a scar right across my bits; this was from the cable tie, which pressed and rubbed into the skin due to its being relatively stiff. I knew somethig wasn't right after a few days, so when it came off I saw that it had rubbed a red gash through the skin, which has now healed up into a straight line scar acoss my shaft. In future I think a more flexible tie is needed that won't press in.
    All KTBs ideally require a base ring for anchorage and added security, especially when the weather is cold and everything shrinks.

    I have the least severe model and I don't find it too bad. But being a bigger diameter means it just doesn't dig in like it is supposed to for this tiny dick. maybe I could find someone to trade with?

    I do agree with worthit...

    Pain and injury is just not worth it - if you damage you c*ck or your balls you could have some major problems. I have been cut twice from tubes and had to go to the Doctors twice for antibiotics to heal up the infection - not nice.

    Mistress Deborah does not believe that major pain caused by the device is worth the end result - and I am very lucky and fortunate to have an understanding Mistress.

    I would also like to add it depends how your "playing the game" ...

    If your into to it and nothing else then fine - dont remove it no matter what..

    But if your into a monogamous normal relationship with a keyholder and no body else then at some point your partner may want to actually have some of your c*ck - and if its damaged - swollen sore and painful what use are you?

    Hmmm...i have recently purchased a similar device to the KTB....It is the KTP bracelet. It encompasses the penis much like the KTB, but allows for the concerns mentioned here.     Very scary but also very true I suppose..... my device never comes off, unless my Wife really wants to play with her cock, which is not very often these days.     Well, after following this discussion for a while and not really knowing what i was talking about other than by inference..i jumped in and have ordered a KTB with the secure updated lock and the extender ring. i certainly will be testing the theory.

    Hi Kir_S, it came from DungeonDelights, they do a variety of styles. I don't recommend the narrow one as it twists and digs in.

    Hi Kir_S, it must be about 4oz, and has 4 rows, 36 teeth. I'm a grower too and when it's really cold it is possible to slide off. Therefore, I tend to use a main ring to hold it in place. Tighter underwear also helps keep everything in place! Have a look at the KTB from malechastitynow.com, the one with the main ring which, I think that will hold a grower better and more satisfactory from a keyholder's point of view - in some ways I wish I had tried that one first.

    I have some experience with KTB and it looks impractical in some ways - too big, too little spikes (it sounds strange, but a big number of spikes is more safe I believe), no ball ring to support:(

    Hi, julias!
    Thank you for your advice. In the past I tried to get KTB from malechastitynow.com, but they failed to complete a transaction. So yesterday I placed an order for that very KTB from Dungeondeligts. I asked them to add small frame to it for me to use it with a ball ring from my current CB. If they finally send it to me and if it is interesting somehow I can open a thread in The Mall and report my experience. My current plan is to use it with a ball ring at daytime and with no ring at night.
