I'm very new to chastity. We purchased a CB-6000 and I've been wearing it for periods of 8-10hrs at a time. I have high and tight balls and I've been using the largest ring so far. I've been experiencing intense pinching on the under side of my balls. It's left me chaffed and extremely sore. Today, I asked my wife for the keys and told her I wanted to see if I could figure out why it was chaffing and if there was anything I could do to relieve the chaffing.

Turns out, the fix was very simple.

If you hold a cuff ring up and look at the cross section, you will see that it has a groove on the front and back sides. There are 2 little rings of plastic on the front and back sides of the cuff rings. These 2 rings form a small 1/8" deep groove on the front and back sides of each cuff ring.

The skin under my balls was being pushed into the groove on the front side. That skin was bunching up and being pinched into the groove.

The solution was to use my Dremel (rotary tool) and a sanding drum to grind away the 2 small lips on the front of the cuff ring, thus removing the groove that was formerly created by the 2 rings. I did the heavy work with the rotary tool and a sanding drum. Then I used a small piece of #150 grit and sanded a bit by hand to remove the tool marks. I worked my way down through #400 grit and finished with #600 cloth. It's very smooth and rounded on the front side of the cuff ring now.

See attached sketches. The first sketch shows a side view or cross section of a standard ring. The 2nd sketch shows the modifications and smoothing I incorporated.

    Hope this is helpful.

I am having the same problem with my CB6000S which is making me sore due to these ridges on the ring.

The ridges are there because its a copy, if you compare the genuine cb to a copy there is a big diferance, I would never buy the copy they just make you sore and split easy!

I don't really rate the CB6000, I have a genuine one and it's still pinches in places and I'm on my second cage as the first split.
