I've seen this discussed in literally endless articles and message boards... The pattern seems clear to me that any E.D. caused while in chastity is more due to age, than physical restriction, because those who complained about either shrinking or getting some other kind of physical damage from being locked up long term, an overwhelming majority of them are beyond middle-aged. So even though there hasn't been any "official" medical study on this, the pattern is still very clear and suggests if you're still young or even middle aged, and you don't have medical conditions, then you have nothing to worry about and can be locked up for as long as you want without any physical consequences. The same may not be true for the psychological effects of long term chastity, but that's another topic altogether.
How about causing actual damage to the tissue, curvature or even PD. Are any of these issues a worry or any known links with wearing a chastity cage. Being hard whilst wearing one, where does the penis go?
If you have a good comfortable cage then you have nothing to worry about. You see, when you’re flaccid, your cock is actually inside you until you get an erection and then it grows outward. When you’re locked up, if your cage will allow a partial erection then your cock is still partially inside you when aroused. If you have a small cage that doesn’t allow any erection (like mine) then your cock stays entirely inside you but still swells upon arousal. Your body will get used to this over time but if you notice you’re not as big after being in the cage for quite a long time, then you can restore your length simply by staying out of the cage and allowing full erections for a couple weeks. It’s that simple, so nothing to worry about.

It's gonna take some trial & error to find the best cage for you, so be persistent.
