I would be careful with the cell mate there's some security issues I've read about. About no over ride and can be hacked. I just recommend doing the research

 

Thats old news I think, they fixed those issues, there is an override, there is a little tab you can lift and stick a thin screw driver in that releases it. From my experience its more likely to get water inside it and stop charging/working so you will need to use the manual release before any hacking lol

Yeah I thought that might be the case, I think its the same company that make the Cellmate and the shocks on that weren't very powerful

With one partner we used a triple dog training device (three modules for dog collars.
