Hey guys I having a slight problem with my cage slipping forward by a inch from the base of penis everythings locked and the base ring stays behind my balls. Does anyone have any advice to keep it more towards the base without getting a belt to secure it.
Tried downsizing to the 40mm ring provided but seems like balls will turn blue and having a hard time looking for a 42mm ring in the same config as the ring
Yeah a smaller base ring, smaller ball gap and lighter cage will help although I don't believe it can ever be truly eliminated without a piercing, My custom cage fits really well and stays in place 99% of the time however I sometimes have issues with it slipping in the shower.
I recently got an accessory which holds me in the cage. It is called an anti-pullout but it solved my turtle problem. May work. It was on Ali Express

I never have a problem with the device slipping off. I am locked in an inverted cage that is held in place by with waist cable. It stays very tightly pressed to my body and is very comfortable. Additionally, the device cannot be removed without the proper tool.
Use curb chain and make a waist chain that loops around your hood and locks to the cage pulling it tightly against your pelvis, and keeps it there.
This was my problem. I ended up using it as a masterbation tool. I took it off after that. Hope to get the new one soon
