    Ok, I see the chat bar on the lower right hand side! I do not see anything on the lower left side for the chat room.
    I thought it might be my wife's Mac but it does not appear on my Windows system either. I did briefly see it om my IPhone but even that has disappeared.

    I am having difficulty joining in on my iphone 5s. Cannot seem to actually get to a general chat room. The system seems to want me to start a new room.
    Any tutelage would be appreciated.

    dear @chastesoon if you clicks on the chat now thingy and then click the little thing that look like a tv up on the left it takes you to the chatrooms.

    I find the chat room is working fine, its the mini-chat that is not working properly. On Sunday it was fine and I had many personal chats with some members. But since then it is not working and shows there isn't anyone there.
    Chat Now (0) on the lower right hand corner is what I am talking about and to the right is the tools and close the chat bar icons.
    I do hope this gets fixed...

    It may be that you need to clear your cache @xcitedsisssy - this worked for me over the weekend. Or even just a refresh of the page.

    I give this advice second hand as that is what I was advised to do by Admin when I was having similar problems.
    Have you tried downloading the CometChat app? It makes things so much simpler although viewing the site while chatting is not so easy.

    As was said elsewhere, there's a lot of fine tuning and adjustment going on ;)

    And it helps @Sissy maid doris if you post in the correct section - I have moved this to the correct area - not "Introductions" :)

    Ok. found the chat rooms, apparently nobody else has yet! Must be the luck of the Irish!
    Btw the chat box is on the lower RIGHT side, at least on my computer it is!

    I too am having trouble with the chat, I can see the chat now list and then on the left there is a little bubble you can click on that gives you a members name (I assume someone who wants to chat with you) whenever I click the little bubble it disappears. I am using my iPhone 5s.
