Hi all We bought a cheap chinese device (Utimi clear ABS ring https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CGZTNCBT ) as our first device. I use the largest of the rings that it came with since I have 1 large testicle (right side about the size of a brazil nut) and 1 a small one (left side almond sized). We have used it 2x now, the first during play time and then we fell asleep while i was wearing it. no problems. Yesterday she had me put it on around 4 pm. wore it all evening with real issues.. last night there was some pain but nothing bad (about a 2 of 10) on my left testicle. During the night / early morning I experienced the morning erections that the cage let me know about but again, no real pain. Then while we were being lazy in bed, I felt something that felt like my nuts constrict and then there was a massive pain, like 11 of 10. i could barely walk to where my wife had the key to unlock. felt nauseous during it. KH is thinking this is why we shouldnt do it 24x7 or at all, which is disappointing since I just got her to go along with it I have no idea how to address this. any help?
It’s just your body becoming accustomed to be being restrained in its new confinements. you have to suck it up and become used to it!
i started with the largest ring, but as many have put on here before, its squishy down there, so appears i can go to the second to smallest and still fit an index finger in the ring to my knuckle. not as comfortable as the larger ring but am thinking maybe it was too loose?
If I ever get this its because a nut is actually starting to get through the gap, you probably need to check the ball gap on your device
Certainly sounds like an attempted ball pop. They are from either too much gap or too large a ring. It also can happen with plastic cages because the plastic can bend if you go high and tight. You are much better off in metal...
Thanks all, I tried the 3rd smallest ring (2 ring jump) and way to tight. Will try the next smallest from the top and see how that goes.
Yes, as a ball is pulled through an improperly sized ring/gap combo it is squeezed causing substantial pain.
