Long cage or short cage?

I have a short sissy cage which has a positive bend in it. I prefer short to long

 

Short. Get it to fit right and it won't be any more uncomfortable than a (normally) long one. Of course, if you get a 9 inch cage that might work better but that kind of defeats the purpose.

Short for me (cobra style nub).

Long cages for me tend to be more uncomfortable, more erection forms in the cage which then pulls down on base ring.

 

Shorter seems more comfortable for 24/7 wear in my case. Less bulky and just all around better. My cage now is about 1.5 less then flaccid length and after a day or two it's super comfortable. This is shortest I'm going though. The nub, flat cages are a bridge to far for me.

 

My cage is precisely as long as my fully flaccid penis.

 

I had challenges with regular length cages in the CB series. I switched to the HTV5 Small and it worked good for awhile. But I still experienced (eventually) a partial pull out. I have move to a one size smaller ring (45 cm I think) and the NUB size. Its worked great, no issues with pull outs or anything (minor rubbing when I first caged but that always happened). I have used the NUB for over 6 months now with few breaks and cleanings.

 

same here, fits perfectly and shorter makes it so much more manageable.

 

By "precisely" I mean, "I measured my dick a hundred times throughout the day for many days in all circumstances and chose the most common/mean length, in millimeters, and had a steel cage printed to match exactly that length."

Nothing other than this has come close to the comfort, safety and/or security of anything otherwise.

 

Using screw in tether means mine has to be the same size flaccid or it would pull on it.

I found that shorter ones head off erections better before they can establish during the night time and hence are more comfortable anyway.

 

I've been using inverted cages since we started. I'm overweight and have a fat pad in my upper pubic area, it consumes a lot of my below average penis, and when I'm fully flaccid, I can turtle completely inside myself when bending over sometimes, even without a cage.

I haven't tried a tube cage, even a very small one, but I fear I could very easily back out of one when bending and sitting without intending to. I think the only way I could make one work would be with a PA. I'm currently unpierced.

So we went for the inverted and that's worked well apart from the catastrophe that happens every time I have to pee in it. Urethral tubes haven't helped as they don't seal and my flow blows by them easily.

I think I might ultimately end up having to get a PA and a very short tube. It will be the wife's decision.

I'm quite happy and committed to be able to remain chaiste even without a cage, and she knows that, but I would really like the feeling of submission and objectification that being locked into a much more inescapable cage would bring.

Assuming that it didn't create such a mess when urinating and require the hygiene unlocks that the inverted cages demand, I think a short cage with a PA would be my happiest solution.

I have a long foreskin and find no problem with my inverted cages. When placing the cylinder part of the cage that fits behind the front plate against my penis, I retract my foreskin so the cage part rests against my exposed glans. I then let my foreskin slide up and over that part.

Effectively, the part of the cage that pushes my penis inside me actually goes inside my foreskin and pushes directly on my glans. I find no discomfort at all with that

Exactly this I believe you want it you exact flaccid length for the best comfort so you are just touching the end 80-90% of the time

 

Have tried many sizes over the year's and settled for metal one (every day 24/7 wear) just slightly smaller that my flaccid length Tip sits very comfortably on the opening
We do have a pink nub that comes out on special occasions but find it traps wee in foreskin

 

The Holy Trainer site has very clear instructions for measuring and fitting the right device (from their range of course).

Mistress made measurements as per the guidance and bought the short tube last time as opposed to the standard length. I have found this to me much more comfortable, especially in the early mornings.

 

Have just bought a maxi v5 and it’s so comfortable compared to standard and slept well in it too so got to say the little bigger the better

 

I too have a few styles & lengths.

In taking measurements to determine the best cage size I was surprised by the variances.

I was advised by Lori Lancer chastitydevice4u.com to round down.
But, psychologically, I was hoping for a little 'wiggle room' so rounded up.
(we are talking about a difference of 1/4 inch)

Well, she was right - snug is better.
I prefer the smaller cage types.

 

Yeah. Because of my PA, I'm pretty much at the end 100% of the time unless I'm actually nearing hypothermia (which has happened a few times in the last couple of years). Just barely touching the end. It's almost like it's floating in the cage, which indicates a perfect fit, suitable for "You're staying locked a long time" type of play.

I'd really like to know how many of these, "smaller is better" guys go months without ever taking off their cage for a single reason. My experience on this forum is that it's few if any.

 

I think there's a balance in smaller is better. I wear mine for weeks working towards months at a time without taking it off for any reason. Smaller to me though is maybe a half inch smaller than my longest flaccid length throughout the day. I don't see how anyone could stay in a nub, flat, inverted cage without taking it off for cleaning at the very least for any amount of time.

 

With you on that, especially the enclosed Holy trainer types, they get funky for me after about half a day and when I take it off the skin is always really clammy. I love the design and the enclosed tubes feel amazing but just not practical for long term wear without very regular cleaning.

 

I suppose I am one of the lucky ones ...
I'm in a Lori's during the day but am out while sleeping most of the time.

That makes the snugger fit more comfortable while moving around during my daily routine - but still give a lot of unlock time for baths, showers & sleeping.

Plus, I hydrate during the evening & nighttime - which makes for a few bathroom trips.
I count my blessings that I don't often have a device on that combats nighttime erections!
Well, most of the time anyway ... and that's where a device that stops it sooner than later works better for me as well.

I have no experience with those who never get out of their cage for any reason.
Agreed ... it must be very few, if any.
