I hope I can explain to you what I mean...

On my red chili cage I chose the locking system with a screw.
On the inner side of the screw thread (towards the body) there is some kind of rubber I guess, to prevent the screw or the thread from chafing the skin.

This protection fell out lately and directly into my sink. So I can't just glue it back. Without it wearing the ring gets uncomfortable. Not very bad, but annoying and just not really suited for long term wearing.

I've got another ring, which is way too big (fucked up on the measurement when I bought the cage). So I just removed this protective piece from that ring and thought I'd just glue it into my other ring. But that piece isn't exactly identical. So it doesn't fit properly.

I now put some glue on there and am waiting. But it doesn't look like it will hold properly. If it does I can just sand it down and that should work.

But if the glue doesn't work - does someone here have an idea what I could do? I'd rather not order a new ring vom aken, because that's about 100€ for a special size and ergonomic. The ring is alright. It's just this damn piece in the thread.

I will post a picture (where I already tried to glue it into place) so you hopefully get a better understanding of what I mean despite my bad explanation.

    Thanks for the tip.
    But I'm sorry, what is a Pringle's? :D
I only know the chips and that's also the only thing I find when googling it.

I think you need to contact the original manufacturer, it will be quicker and les expensive in the long run.

    Yeah, I've already wrote him.
I just thought maybe someone here could help me out, as it will probably take quite long until I get an answer from the manufacturer.

    Glueing it together didn't work.

Also I checked yesterday and a new ring in the same way as my current ring would cost me about 160€ without shipping.
Which, wow.... I was very surprised to see that. Just for a base ring.
So that's not really an option.
I don't know, maybe I could send it to them and they fix it for a small fee.

I am again asking for help with this problem.
    I am really frustrated :(

I didn't receive an answer from the manufacturer.
Does anyone have an idea how I could fix this or at least stop it from hurting my skin?
At the moment my keyholder wants me to wear the cage longer and the cage is fine, everything is good. Only this place fucks up my skin after a few days, because erections push my skin into the hole of the screw.

I'd be very grateful for tips.
I could post more pictures if it's not clear what I mean.
