We practice it. The paddling is spontaneous sometimes. Sometimes it’s not. Either way I have to sit down and write out what I did. Why it shouldn’t have happened. Then list five things I can do to correct my behavior. Definitely get lectured while being paddled too.

 

Yes I get a firm lecture before and during.. we cannot do spontaneous unfortunately with kids

 

We don’t have kids yet. She’s starting to want to change that. We will definitely have to change the way a lot of things go when we do. We’re discussing that part of it and making plans for how to go about it.

I do think it's better when it isn't spontaneous but an appointment is made. The countdown becomes excruciating.

I too am getting punished tonight for texting while driving. I have already had my lecture and scolding.

 

My punishments usually consist of corner time and loss of privileges, such as being grounded from doing activities with friends for a period of time. If my wife does not like my tone of voice with her or I bore her with talking about nonsense, she will make me sit or kneel with a pacifier in my mouth and may restrict my talking for the rest of the day.

 

Why do you always refer to all men as sissies? And then talk about their "clitty"? It's like you get off just writing it...

Yes, we practice DD and was the basis for my nickname. Discipline is a wonderful way to wipe the slate clean of dismeaners.

In reality, there's consequences for anything that displeases Lady C, whether that is because I have not done a task, done something she didn't want me to, was bratty, got drunk.

Wow, thats impressive! It takes me much longer, and even then I haven't had a full blubbing and weeping break down. I really want to though! I shake with fear after a while and quickly break out in a cold sweat, but a full let-go-of-it-all cry is something I struggle to do. I live in hope though!

I've been wishing for my wife to push me to tears, but hasn't happened yet. I'm curious about whether it will feel cathartic, or if I'll shift into subspace. Lately she's been pushing my limits harder, and though I haven't even used my "slow down" (yellow) safeword yet, it's been getting closer, and that makes me wonder if I will be able to tolerate letting her push me all the way to tears. I think we may find out this coming year, given the movement over the past several months.

Once a month my wife has a corporal domestic discipline session. I’m restrained to our punishment bench, and receive anywhere from 20 to 60 cane strokes. She will tell me what I’ve done wrong that month and why I’m being corrected. No matter if it’s 20 or 60, I’m left in tears. Sobbing and crying. I have a hard time sitting for days, and the welts and bruises last for at least a week. There’s no safe word, and she will strike at full force. This is strictly meant for correcting my behaviour and she has been doing this for a few years now. I don’t look forward to them, and seeing the day circled on the calendar, has me on my best behaviour the week leading up to it. She gave me my discipline hours before we took a three hour flight a couple months ago. It was the worst flight I ever experienced. My ass was a mess and I don’t know how I managed to sit on the plane that day.

 

My wife practiced domestic discipline and wrote in her since of our marriage agreement that it would be unfair to me if she let me escape from correction

She had me consent to her caning me without a safeword if she ever thought I needed it, but in practice she always used extra chores, loss of privileges, loss of free time, and strict/harsh supervision as the actual punishments, and there were times when she kept it up until I was crying.
