Hi, As seems to be the norm I’ve been trying out a lot of devices over the past few months. My wife is my key holder and is getting into it with some tease and denial. I keep thinking I’ve got the cage sorted and then get sore so it has to come off for a rest. Waiting for my MM jailbird to arrive at the moment. I’m a little worried that it will be too short or need to be sent off repeatedly for adjustments which I’m not confident in. I’m in the UK so this can take a lot of time. Longest time not cumming is 7 days and that drove me mad (in a good way) but only 2 were caged due to discomfort. Pleased to meet you all
Welcome! As far as your Jail Bird being too short, I kind of doubt it. I ordered mine with the measurements suggested by MM, and ended up sending it back to be shortened. Now I’m considering having it shortened again.

You were exactly right. Already thinking about getting it shortene, or perhaps getting a shorter queens keep and then swapping over!
It took me until my third cage before I found one I could wear all day and night long without significant discomfort. The addition of an elastic waist strap helped a lot for wearability. I wore that third cage for a month and a bit before my fourth one. All of mine have been cheap Chinese ones from Amazon and AliExpress. The third and fourth have been comfortable enough to wear indefinitely, hygiene aside. They're not completely perfect but pain free. I may get a custom one eventually if I can find a design that improves on what I have, but I've not found that yet. My advice is to work out your sizing needs with the cheaper ones to find out what works for you before going custom. I'm about 57 days orgasm free currently.
as a beginner, I can tell a beginner that everything comes with time. the main thing is not to force things!
Taking sensible advice and going more slowly with my new QK that arrived on Friday. I got a range of single and double rings in 13/4 and 1 7/8 sizes. Found the round 1 7/8 too big for the QK but might be ok with the jailbird. Balls can escape the QK as the outer diameter is a bit narrower. Currently in the oval 1 7/8 double with just a drop of lube. Did 2 hours yesterday, trying 4 hours today. Think pacing plus the new, larger double ring might help.
