Hello There, This is my New Cock Cage Design its Lisalin Version 3.0. Its inspired by the CB-X 6000s but I made some Changes to the Design so that its a better fit aswell as easier to put on. This Cock Cage consists of 3 Parts. A base Ring, a locking mechanic to hold everything together and the Cage itself. It also comes with hooks so it can be tied to a belt. Its designed for comfortable long term use and a tight fit. The base Ring is 38mm in diameter it is thick and rounded for a good comfortable long term fit. The Cage itself has an inner diameter of 30mm. On the end of the tube there is a section with 26mm diameter to prevent the foreskin from closing while being inside the cage. The part where the glans sits is spacious to allow the glans to swallow a bit. On the tip of the glans there is a 6mm hole to allow sounding plugs to be inserted in the cock while being locked up. The cock cage can be locked with a standard lock. It took me 3 iliterations to get to this point. It took me hours measuring and designing to find the perfect fit for my cock. I hope you appreciate my work and maybe it will fit you too. I Printed mine it using an Elegoo Mars 3 Pro and the ABS-Like Grey Resin 2.0. The Parts fit perfectly together without any further editing. I would Love to get Feedback and suggestions how to improve my design further. I would like it more if the tube had a lot of openings. Closed tube designs are not so good for hygiene.
I agree with this, would also need the back ring to be 45mm diameter and the tube wider than 30mm, otherwise a very good design. How long is the tube?

I will make a 45mm ring for you in the next revison. What inner diameter do you need instead of 30mm ? The tube has a length of 40mm and the glans part has a length of 30mm so in total the cage has a length of 70mm if measured straight across its like a cb-x 6000s in length.
Can I make a suggestion.... One security weakness is that the current configuration means the strap around the body has to be adjustable or elastic to be able to put it on. If it were a fixed length, with fixed loops at the end, then it could be secured by putting the loops on the existing posts, so being trapped when the device is assembled. It's a very nice design, I do like the shaft being narrower than the head, the restriction around the glans might be frustratingly stimulating.

I like the over all design. I like the integrated lock design better. Very nice design. Oh and a 55 mm base ring for me.
Congratulations on your success do far. Have you considered having an open slot in the front like the cbx series so you can use a urinal and presumably have better hygiene?
In addition to a base ring of 45mm diameter I would like the tube internal diameter to be 35mm and 20mm in length IE 50mm overall length. Congratulations on an excellent design
Thank you for your feedback. A integrated lock desin would be interessting too. Mayve we can start working on a design with a integrated lock once this one is finished. Okey i we include a 55mm ring in the next revision aswell.
Thank you for your feedback. There is a hole on the tip so it can be used with sounding toys. From experience wearing it i can say its not too difficult to pee altough i will look into making a larger or maybe a oval opening at the tip. I think a good middle ground would be perfect where its not too difficult to pee without a sounding tube but still can be used with one aswell.

From various cages I've had, a hole in the end of about 8 or 9mm is around the ideal for peeing without making a mess, but not too big to have 'poke out' issues.
Personally, a grid, or bars, design would be better for hygiene. The more open, the better. My personal opinion is that you are in chastity, which should be that the cage never comes off. If you have to remove it every day or two for cleaning, you are defeating the purpose of being caged. Second, most cages are way too small in diameter, not the base ring, but the cage itself. If you are going for long term wear, you don't want a cage that is tight even when you are flaccid. I need a cage with an inner diameter of 38-39mm, or about 1.5 inches. VERY hard to find a cage like that, which is why I ultimately had to go to a custom metal cage. In fact, very few cages even offer options on the inner diameter of the cage. Kink3D does offer several sizes, but stops at 37mm I think.
My intension is to make the 3D Files available for Free once the Design is setteld. But if there is demand i can sell resin printed versions in the future maybe for those how dont have access to a resin 3D Printer. But i dont have planed on making any mass profuction.
Yes those are my findings too. Thas also one of the reasons why i started this project because the poke out issues on the original cb-x 6000s are too anoying.
Allright i will see how i can realise this. I m just a little bit worried of poke out issues when having a tube with holes so the holes need to be plenty but also small enough that it does not look all squished inside when getting hard and poking trough the holes. That is not very estetic. Also a version with a inner diameter of 38mm would be possible for the next revision. Inner diameter of 38mm but the glans part stays the same or gets bigger too ?
Hello There, Quick update on the Project i have been very busy this week working on it so far. I have added a removable belt mechanic and i made hole on the tip 8mm instead of 6mm. Also i finished the Full Cage version. But its going to take a couple more days until the final version is released due to all the different sizes of Rings and Cages that I have to make. But I can spoiler some facts of the finished version. The Finished version will include multiple Cage sizes that vary in diameter aswell as length also there will be now 3 different versions of the Cage itself to choose from. And of course different sizes of base rings will be included. I hope you are looking forward to the final release.
An important comfort point is not so much the size of the holes, but that the edges are rounded and smooth. The most excruciating device I had was one of the CB6000 series, which had hard right angle edges to the holes. Those sharp right engle edges create point pressure and are what hurts. Possibly only the inside edges of holes need to be smoothed. The larger glans part is an important asthetic and I think functional key part of your design. I'd definitely say keep the larger glans diameter, even if it's only a faction larger. It visually echos the member inside, and emphasises that it's closely wrapped in the device. I'm also thinking that for a snug fitting device it might be a great help in both keeping the head at the end and helping to prevent pullout.
To clarify my idea, either of the following options, both on the centre post, or one on each of the two locating pins. Another advantage will be that the waist band would then also be separate and optional. That might be good if you want to wear the waistband only at night, during the day, when clothed, ...
