Small cage with utheral

Is here someone who has experiance with a small chastity Cage with a Utheral insert, like on the picture?
I want to buy something like that.

 

Is it true that you stay much cleaner down there when you have to use the bathroom.

I have used the Terrence cages off Amazon. So e of which had urethra tubs. There was only one that was comfortable for wearing more than few hours, depending on what you wear doing. Some of them are uncomfortable no matter what your doing even just sitting or laying down. I have noticed for me that the longer tubs cause more dis comfort. The tubs that go to the base ring or just behind it are ok.

Again when going to the bath room, the urine will kind of just flow out. And when you think your done there's still some that will leak out. Like you can't shake the rest out and like when you use your muscles to push the bit out of kegal and squeeze you can't do either really.

Sometimes I even wore a pad to absorb any urine that leaked out that may have been just before the tub started.

Def something to get used to, but I feel not for long term use (in my opinion) unless it's a custom one and not a cheap one size fits all product.
