Hi, newbie here. We have just got a mancage 2.0. However I am not sure I have it on correctly as if you pull the two side bars/pins out the back ring that’s in two pieces comes apart therefore allowing you to take the cage off. Surely that’s not correct?
Just watched an assembly video and it sounds like you have it correctly put together. They appear to have copied the cb-x design but failed to realize that without glueing the 2 outer pins in place you can remove them out the back and open the ring to remove it. I would probably take the back piece of the 2 sandwich plate and super glue the pins to it which should improve that a bit.
I'd suggest using epoxy resin. It's good for any material that chastity cages or made of, including steel, much stronger than many other glues ("super glue" isn't that "super" in my opinion) and will dry transparent, so it's much less unsightly than the type of metal glues like JB Weld that often dry a shade of white or grey. If you're not used to using it, practice mixing and using it with some scrap items first, it's quite sticky and you'll do a better job if you've handled it a time or two before. You only need the tiniest amount, so don't overdo it squeezing the tubes!
Don't plan on having any Mancage for too long. I started with one and found it to be absolutely garbage compared to the CB-X devices I have now. Cheap material and rough edges, then it just split right down the middle when I started to get hard.
The CB-X are resin, so yes a plastic "like" the Mancage, but it is a much better quality material and construction based on my experience.
