Hello folks! I found a way to maken the Behind Bars waistband a little more comfortable if you have a band without the rounded edges. It's not from silicon and it has een steady fit. Not the cheapest solution, but better then ordering a new waistband/waistsides. Were the waistband first after a few days "cuts" into my skin and leaves a sour spot, that issue is now a lot less. However, I had to loosen the waistband 1 hole on the backplate. Otherwise the waistband is too tight. Further I am happy with it and upgrades the belt with a few points...... A picture says more then 1000 words:
If you dont care about the color (it being black), search for this on the interwebz: "Self-clamping edge profiles" Should be less then $5/€4 per meter
I found it indeed, but I would it to be red or white. In summer I wear a thong or bading suit when lay in the sun for a tan and black would be very very hot. White or red isn’t….
I need to buy myself something similar. I just bought a Behind Barz Belt and I’m having similar issues with the waistband.
