I’m still fairly new and figuring things out. I am currently in a cherry keeper, and I have had to spend a fair amount of time on figuring out the correct ring size. My anatomy just hasn’t made it easy. I am currently waiting on another ring to come in that will, hopefully, be the best fit. (This will be my fourth) I’m currently in a ring that fits okay, but I think it might be just a few mm too small.

Anyway, has anyone tried spraying the back of the balls where the burn area is with lidocaine? I’m thinking of attempting this until the new ring arrives and until my body is fully acclimated. Had anyone else tried this? Just curious for thoughts.

    Thanks!

That's not a good idea for what you've described. You could mask skin damage and start an infection. Use Vaseline to help the skin slip at the base ring.

I agree with Billy J. Pain is your body's way of saying something isn't right and to pay attention. These sprays are great for play but you really need to slow down, step back and work up to longer and longer lock ups. That's the only way to SAFELY do it.

Do NOT do this. I tried it and the burning was only fixed by running a cold shower on them for 15 minutes.

    It was excruciating.

So far I’ve found that it does burn pretty badly for about 30 seconds, but then is subsides and it does take away the ball burn for about 1-2 hours.

Don’t. You are numbing the area and masking the pain, which your body produces for a reason, You need to deal with the reason for the pain, not just mask it.

I have used 4% cream before. It does help numb. I would not use it to break in your body or new cage. Like everyone said you need the pain to know what's going on with your body and the device. Had mainly used it right before bed initially to help get me through the night until my.body got used to not being able to get night time erections. And it wasn't every night. But there was a noticeable difference sleeping with the cream applied and not. Also the other time I might use it is before the gym. If I know there could be high friction or high movement activities then I may apply it before hand. And then I'm in the shower and cleaning it off and inspecting the skin right after. It is a constant checking and inspecting of yourself if and when you use it.

Again I would not advise for routine/habitual use. I usually take the cage off twice a day when I shower. Shower after the gym and when I get home from work. So I'm constantly cleaning and inspecting and even with as much as I do I even noticed that I was starting to chaff and had irritated skin and didn't even feel it. So I backed it off and maybe use it once a week or so for a specific reason, not as part of my routine when putting my cage on.

I cant believe I just read that, whoever suggested Lidocaine too you needs a right good slapping. A ring size up and lots of skin cream / lotion will help a lot.

The back of his ballbag has the burn, thats either a rough ring ( I believe 3D printed ones are but never had one ) or more likely the ring is slightly too small which causes the scrotum skin to fold over itself, even just a tiny bit causes a lot of soreness. I‘m still dumbfounded about the Lydocaine ! Thats like taking Tramadol because your shoes are too tight.

During the day, spray is a bad idea, for sure.

But what about morning wood and the nights? Anyone tried? The pain I get from the cage is connected to blood pressure in unwanted location rather than wrongly fitted cage.

Vaseline is great for the back of your sack.

Lidocaine is great for spraying on your dick before you put it in a penis extender ; )

    Cheers!
