    Have to tell you this is the most comfortable designed belt I have had in years. I have tried many high-end transformation belts (1200 and up) and this belt for less than 100 is remarkable. It needs to be adjusted when you buy it, it took about 2-3 days to get it right but it sits so nice and close to the body. It looks great under panties or a swimsuit and does not bulge out look many others. When you look at the pictures, you will laugh as it looks uncomfortable, but it is not. I know it is not the most secure device but once you have it tight, it would be hard to pull out and put back. But I am in chastity because I love the feel not because of infidelity or masturbation

    There is no tube on the belt, so because of that it allows the penis to be very flat and pulled up against you tightly. The balls go to the side and under panties it looks like you have a nice camel toe because they hang down. I tired pushing up into me, but they find they way down.

    My question is what does the backside look like? I'm wearing something similar as an easier/ perm tuck. But the back of it is compatible with long term.

    The device is extremely simple; the ring with two treaded holes, the front piece that compresses the penis which is flat on both sides, The front piece has a treaded hole in the center that can be used to attach various components to the part. For example; a ball can be attached to either side of the front piece, if inside the ball compresses the little clitty further into the body, if on the outside it splays the ball making it impossible to pull out of the device.
    I hope this helps, DH Gate, Allie, and others have the devices.

    The back is a silicone-wrapped cable that splits around the back hole and come back together. I don't know why you could not wear it long term
