    We keep having issues with balls slipping out of the base ring yet if we go tighter in diameter, the base ring is too tight. Any suggestions?

    What's the device? And what's the gap between ring and cage?

    Just to clarify, not just the gap top to bottom - how far forward of the ring does the cage sit?
