Tetherspouts are absolutely impossible to get out off. My wife had one placed in me and it acts just like a PA only no piercing. If you try to pull it out it will be very very painful and you will bleed.

 

Badass chastity. Only place I know of. The original producer of the tetherspout doesn't see to have any stock and doesn't seem interested in selling anymore

 

That’s one of the things about it that scares me. How the hell do you ever get it out? Must be hard to do.

 

No not really you just reverse the steps and it comes right out. We tried it a few times before locking it.

 

Way to expensive in my opinion. I ordered mine from AliExpress. Have yet to successfully inserted it yet as I have realized I should have also ordered a urethral dialator to make insertion easier. Waiting for it to arrive.

I hope your ready for a lot of pain and bleeding cause there is no way that retainer ring will pass through already on the spout. The spout goes in first then the retainer sideways and then you use the second spout to line everything up and pull into place. Ask cogman.

 

I have few questions
1) can you pee without any discomfort? No pain during urine?
2) Can that be worn for long duration?
3) Will the spout pin stuck inside the penis?

I cannot find anything about anti-pullout on that site. Either browsing page by page or using the search function, absolutely nothing.

OK, found it. Thanks. Terminology issue — they just have “glans ring” options, but don’t refer to “anti-pullout” or even mention pullout anywhere.

 

The anti-pullout for the Vice is designed specifically to work with the Vice. The Vice uses a closure system that is unique among chastity cages. It can be purchased separately but it won't work on any other manufacturer's device.

The CB6000 has an anti-pullout that is extra and must/can be purchased separately. I believe the CB-X devices are designed differently from other manufacturer's devices. I don't think it can be used on other devices. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

 

To Be honest once you get used to the tetherspout system, nothing beats it. While my gallery is a bit outdated I have been using it now for years. The only issue being that the original spout and retainer after about 8 months suffered from corrosion so I switched to titanium from badass.

My current titanium retainer and spout has been inside me for 2 months, and still as shiny (what I can see of it) as the day it went in. I don't think it will ever come out again, there is no real need unless my partner instructs it but I can see her doing that. The only part of the spout that protrudes from the tip of my cock is the thread. Hence its held very close to the front of the cage.

As Doczilla421 says, its fairly simple to get in once you get used to it, VERY easy to get out, just thread a bit of cord through the hole, use a cotton bud to push the spout through the retainer, give your cock a gentle squeeze to flatten out the retainer and pull on the cord and the spout then pushes the retainer out.

I used a threaded spout which is different to most people in that its actually screws into the front of my cage, so peeing even standing up is easy, and certainly doesn't hurt. It just comes out in a steady stream as if you are not wearing a cage at all! If you have a spout with no thread and secure it with something I doubt u could stand to pee.

The thread does cause some small issues with insertion because the thread can get caught on the retainer and a few times I have tense moments, once i had to cut the cord but even then i was still able to manipulate the retainer and spout out without too much trouble.

Now I understand why its getting caught, the solution if to use a cotton bud to help push the retainer flat on one side, Because you dont know what angle its caught because you cant see you just push it around the outside of the spout till it flattens out until it comes through

Night time hard ons don't hurt and as I sit her writing this I can't feel it. The only time I can feel it is if I bend over and it pulls the cock back from the front of the cage, or as your siting down Ill sometimes push/hold the cage close to my body, because pulling on it can hurt so you try and avoid it, which is exactly the whole idea

Also while I am not into women's underwear, I sometimes wear some that are tight and don't have a cock pouch so it supports the weight of the stainless Steelheart 2 better. Of course my partner has threatened to take photos of me, which always gives me a twinge , but we are not into sissification, this is more a practical thing.

Considering the price of the steelheart, and it is perfect, despite this I am considering one of bad ass titanium cages and have a thread put in it, it would be a lot lighter and probably wouldn't need support.
