Tetherspout

My understanding is that TetherProducts.com is still in business, as in, they will still sell whatever stock they have left. Back 7 years ago, when I got into this stuff, I found a thread in a forum (don't remember which unfortunately) where the owner described the difficulties he had finding a manufacturer with both reasonable prices and the quality he required. It was quite the saga, so I very much doubt he'll be going through that ordeal again. As a result, my guess is that what's marked as available on the site is it. All the stuff he's had marked as "pending" or "coming soon" for years has never materialized either.

Since you asked about "similar alternatives", I'll mention that I do design and produce similar spouts and retainers (albeit made of implant-grade titanium), as well as locking systems for chastity cages. I do this as a side-job on weekends (at least until I retire from my day job), so my production capacity is limited and I tend to refrain from tooting my horn here. In addition, my machining center is currently off line for at least the next month due to maintenance issues. You can PM me if you are still interested...
