Hygiene and comfort can be a few of the cons. It's more difficult finding the right setup. Usually need an internal hook built into the cage to secure through the piercing. Rigid chastity and badass workroom seem to provide decent cages along the lines of what an uncut person would need. I myself am uncut and have been considering a pa for years. There are guys out there doing it but everyone is unique in their requirements.
Over at badassworkroom under custom devices the BA-21p shows a picture of one made for uncut PA, and under existing devices there us a BA-28 for uncut PA to look at, but it has been sold.
I've looked all over for hope that it's possible and there are a few people who managed to accomplish it though how well it works for them I can't say. I subscribed to a onlyfans couple because the guys Wang looked exactly like mine and he's rocking a pa secured cage despite lots of extra foreskin. They say he's been locked for 2 and a half years. He had to stretch to a pretty wide gauge to make things comfortable.
I wore a Rigid chastity model 1with the "S" hook. The "S" hook allowed the foreskin to cover the glans while the hook was inserted. It is VERY effective and comfortable. I was still able to move the foreskin back to bath while locked. I had no complaints. My wife has since had me circumcised and put into a rigid model 10. I wasn't cut for chastity reasons my wife just prefers the look.
Have the same issue. I'm pierced at 4g but have a lot of foreskin and am about 1" flaccid. Trying to find a small cage that is also meant for PA is tough. So far I've had to integrate a captive ring into all my cages and it sucks.
Been using for years an evotion printed PA cage. The foreskin remains pulled back and the design us a solid short tube and separate cap. The PA hook area is easily rinsed. No problem peeing standing up even outside for example. Did the same with a Lori PA tube in my avatar. Foreskin always back. No issues. I would get edema if leaving the skin forward over ghe tip. It has to be sized for when soft with no expansion.
I have a foreskin and a PA. Works fine. My main problem is the way the lock goes through the cage were you normally would pee through. Its a very neat fit. When I pee most of it does not comes out the tip but the other hole. It sprays every were, including all over my balls. Standing up to pee would be just crazy. As it is even when I sit down to pee I have to clean all my pee of my balls etc with a damp cloth.
What model cage do you have? Wondering whether I need to look at the enclosed end (Looker 02 style) or if an all bars (Looker 01 style) cage will work. TIA, s
