Dieting. KH wants me fitter.

    Yes i have the dame issues. I gained some overweight. I am 192 cm tall and weigh about 100 kilograms. This si 10 to 15 kg to much.

    The thing is she would love to see me skinnier and mire defined.
    I am training a lot i am doing kungfu and some bodyweight exersices like calisthesincs.

    But the bodyfat doesnt go away.
    I thing it is the alcohol which gains the most bodyfat. The diet itself maybe too. But alcohol - i love to drink weinschorle which is a mixture of wine an sparjling water - really has many calories and in beer also oestrogenes.. Both make a man fat.

    So easy. Sports, less Alcohol and more love. Well chattels will have a growth of their tongue. Hehe.

    Alcohol is like eating raw sugar. It’s very high in sugar and calories and will kill any weight loss. Don’t get me wrong. An occasional drink isn’t going to kill anyone, but regular alcohol consumption makes it very hard or impossible to lose weight and very easy to gain it. It’s very much like drinking sugary soda and energy drinks.

    Not quite, but it's true that it isn't good to have more than a little.

    Alcohol is metabolized differently than sugar. The long term impact on the liver is bad :(

    You hear it in SOoooo Many diets. CUT THE CARBS! You will see how easy it is to drop the weight!

    Ease up on the sugar and CUT THE CARBS! Want some carbs...eat some before a run or workout...It's amazing the changes!

    My madam also wanted me to lose some weight after bulked up during the lock downs here in the uk,
    I’m terrible at dieting and the Like bit with my madams advice and help I dropped almost 3 stone and I feel and lol so much better!
    Just go for it!

    Just a little update about 4weeks in. I'm over a stone down in weight. Iv got a dumbells routine going. Arms shoulders and chest are bigger. We were out last night. My wife couldn't stop looking at me all night. Was saying how good I look aswell and kept grabbing me.

    At the point where friends and family have noticed abig difference in my appearance. Ideally I'd like to lose another 3 stone in weight. But we will reassess my ideal weight when I get to about 13st. Keep being grabbed and being told she's really horny. Lots more sex aswell. Even if I'm not allowed to cum each time.

    Keep it up man. Weight loss and fitness training can be great in FLR. My wife and I have sort of a ritual where before I pleasure her (if time permits) she always has me take off my clothes and show her my body and my chastity. It really turns her on. She often asks me who my body belongs to and I affirm it belongs to her. Sometimes at random times during the day she'll tell me to take my shirt off, like when I'm making dinner or doing other chores is a common time. I feel good about myself looking the way I do but the best thing is to know that I'm pleasing her by giving her a body she deserves.

    I won't lie though, it's hard. I haven't had a soda in a long time and it used to be one of my favorite things, and it's hard when I have to cook for my wife and make her food that I'm often not allowed to eat. She likes to rub it in my face sometimes if she's feeling mean lol. Anyway good luck.

    its good to not get fat and it make you more healthy as well. Mistress dont let me have sugar and not a lot of sweeties and biccys no more. i have a cuppa of tea but no sugar. i got a cup now. :)

    What a great setup. Love that she has you remove your shirt. Iv just been dressing up smart every evening in the clothes my wife likes the best.

    My wife couldn't do that with the food. Well not at the moment anyway. Do like getting her food I'm not currently eating. Like takeaways and ice creams and things. Basically iv gone back to eating how I used to. But only drinking socially.

    Hoping her confidence will grow more. Its certainly is improving and she's finding herself being more bossy.

    The only "soda" I ever have is unsweetened seltzer water. I haven't had any sugar (other than what exists in fresh fruits and vegetables) in a long, long time. I haven't had desert (except cheese) in a long, long time.

    The grams are slowly coming off. After reading this, I'm looking forward to my wife asking me to take my shirt off :)

    Sounds good. I'm to drop to 13st then she'll reassess the situation to see if wants me at 12st.

    Very exciting this morning suddenly getting into the 14s.

    Latest update. She wants me to have 15% body fat. This doesn't mean alot to me. Guessing once the weights off it will be measured.

    Bought a bench press now to help with the workouts. Which is great.

    Have also stopped drinking know for awhile. Weights coming off well.

    I'm only eating healthy meals. I'm basically on my old diet before we met. Don't miss the gunk food and takeaways and things.

    Everyone will be having cakes and things and il be having fruit and yogurt. Mainly eat my own food when she's ordered a takeaway. Or get given a smaller meal or burger etc.. Kind of exciting that. Tho I never really enjoyed those foods. It was just for convenience.

    Nice. I am at about 20 % BFM. Should and could be less. But my lady also enjoys very much to have a wine with me in the evening, so it is okay.
    I lost much fat and gained muscles by kungfu training.

    I wish you much fun with your new bodyfeeling.

    It seems to me that if enforced chastity plus an exercise regimen leads to better weight and increased fitness, then the right response is to continue with the program.

    Agreed I am ten days in a wieght loss regime requested by my wife so far have been on elliptical for 7 out of ten days and weighed in at 261 from a starting point of 272 . Also have intermittently fasted taking all calorie intake between ten am and two pm. Than water the balance of the day and nite

    Yes and no for us personally.

    I Believe it help motivates me more. But no chance il be released due to hitting targets and things.

    Unsure how things will progress tho. She only wanted me to lose abit and not be to muscular. Tho my wife is liking the idea now.

    I don't even feel like I'm dieting now. 6 weeks on. Just back to eating how I used to before we met.

    I'm not really dieting like that. Still feels like eating alot. Just all healthy fresh foods. Start tracking my calories which helps. Surprising how much of the right things you can eat.

    Patience is the A and O of loosing weight and keeping the loss or bodyshape.
    Yoyo effect and so on.

    Some friends of mone also did it really good with a nutritional concept.

    I was hit by a double whammy of illness in July. In June my resting heart rate was ~58 bpm; now it is ~63. With all this talk of fitness I should probably lock myself up until I've returned to ~58 bpm. And then, of course, since lockup helped me improve heart health, I'll have to follow my own advice and stay locked. Fair's fair.

    63 and 58 is really good. My heartrate usually is about 110 or so.

    Yikes! The number I quoted is Fitbit's calculation, which is somewhere between my sitting-down-quietly rate and my lowest wile sleeping. If you were walking around, that's not your resting heart rate.

    Resting heart rate is important to have because that gives you breathing room, so to speak, between that and your maximum heart rate. In a very Dr. Who scenario, our max heart rate decreases with age and when max heart rate equals our resting heart rate, we will soon die.

    I am fortunate to live less than 3 km from my work. 12 years ago, when I was hired, I made this fruitful decision to walk all the way to my job. Rain, sun, snow, cold, storm, whatever the weather, I've been walking 6km a day from Monday to Friday all year round for 12 years.

    I'm thin, I don't pay much attention to food except for sugar, almost never alcohol (I don't really like that).

    We all have different genetic codes but I believe that having 6 km in my routine is the cornerstone of my health today. It never bothers me as I'm so used to it.

    I was exactly your age at that time and lost 20lbs. It never came back.
