Rigid Chastity - I think I just lost £550

    Last October, I ordered a Modular Chastity Device - Model 11 from Rigid Chastity.
    When I was placing the order, the site warned me that "This page is not secure" when you are dealing with money I didn't want to take any chances so I clicked something like "Go back to safety" I found the basket still contained my device, so I decided to risk it. The next day I found 2 transactions had gone for £275 totalling £550.
    I've sent many many messages to them, but had no response.
    It's are now 8 1/2 months and I've heard not a single word.
    Its 2 months over due and I've got nothing. No money, no device, no message.

    Please don't order from these people unless you like gambling.

    It's such a shame, because in the past I've had interactions with them.

    That was a lot of money.. yes, there could risk when dealing directly with sellers/manufacturers rather than e-commerce platform.. but at least originality is ensured…is their web still around scamming people..? Is there any government regulator you can complain to..?

    I ran into the same thing. I went to PayPal to get the $$ returned. Then Rigid replied immediately and my device was shipped within a week.

    I poked them through paypal and they've not replied and PayPal said no buyer protection. Grrrr

    Well after months and months of waiting, a number of messages both email and through the site, even a poke via Paypal, still no reply.
    I think we can safely say that this company is dead.

    Delivery in six months is ridiculously optimistic. Ten is more realistic.

    Unfortunately, their standard business does seen to be:
    Take order, remain utterly silent for months, eventually ship a beautifully crafted device.

    They did say that they get so much spam that email is all but ignored and to contact them through WhatsApp.

    Well good news!
    I finally got in touch with them
    Seems Whatsapp is the best way to reach them. I got a reply within 8 hours after seeing a tweet that said Whatsapp was the best. Not only did I get refunded the double payment, but I got confirmation that my device is on it's way.
    I can confirm that 10 months seems to be the lead time right now.

    I wish that was me. I've been waiting for my device for well over a year and finally decided to send him a message on Whatsup after seeying your post. It's been 5 days and still no reply, so it's safe to say I lost my money...

    Is there a PA-supporting alternative to Rigid Chastity? I bought a cage from them years ago, and when it finally arrived, it wasn't made to my specs. Per their instructions, I sent it back... it ended up sitting in customs permanently, and RC never responded to any of my contacts.

    At the time, the cage was a bit under $300. I lost that, and over a year while I was waiting for the cage.

    I found this, and reached out to the seller regarding sizing. I think I really like the design of this PA hook... putting in the Rigid Chastity hook is more than a bit awkward.

    Rigid Chastity finally shipped my device after just under 18 months of waiting! 18 months!
    However, it is here.
    It fits.
    Its comfortable.
