Be very careful with swelling. I was not in chastity when I had mine. I had a hernia which the vasectomy made worse somehow. I ended up regularly swelling for a couple months and had to have another surgery. If you swell, don’t do chastity.

 

If you don’t have a piercing that’s a tall order. Take it slow.

Indeed, once healed you need to ‘flush out’ the plumping. After a certain amount of time you have to deliver a sample for testing so they can declare you seed free

 

I had a vasectomy back in February and was sore for about 2/3 weeks after, not terribly but a cage would have definitely irritated the incisions. Even if you look healed on the outside there’s still trauma to the inside that you cannot see. Add to that you will be told to ejaculate a certain number of times (for me it was 30) within a given timeframe and provide a sample. Unfortunately I did not pop clear the first time do I had to do another 30 and give another sample which came back clear.
Long story short, if you get snipped you should shelve the cage, and the denial, until after you get a clear sample and everything feels normal again. It’s not worth the possible repercussions. If you (or her) really can’t do without chastity just have her decide on some consequences for your inability to abstain once you’re given the all clear.

 

I do not want to scare you, but my vasectomy caused me quite some pain for some time. This maybe not in all cases and for everybody, but start thinking about fitting the cage when the pain is gone.

As others have said, make sure your fully healed before getting the cage back on. If you try to rush it you can cause damage to your self and draw out the healing process.

 

I had an NSV vasectomy. Had to have at least 15 ejaculations prior to being allowed to submit a sample for testing. The surgery and recovery itself was a piece of cake to be honest. 10 days and I was back in the gym with doctor's approval. Doctor said 6 weeks and 15 ejaculations and the time was to ensure everything healed and swelling was done and fine. So that's what we did. This is your health... you can go without it for a little while. If you can't, or your keyholder can't deal with it... you should be evaluating your situation.

 

I think the last time I climbed out of a truck and got strained through the gap between the rings and the cage, I got a self-vasectomy.

That, and I haven't been able to get an erection since spending time in the cage. even when it's off.

A actual vasectomy would be...redundant.

I had mine snipped a few years ago, long before I was into this stuff.

You need to cum at least 10-15 times after the snip to then get tested to be clear of sperm.

For me, my balls were fine less than a week after and I'd probably have been able to wear a cage.

Vasectomy doesn't render you impotent. It renders your semen sperm-free.
