   Wondering which is more comfortable the single rear cable strap, the double rear cable strap or the flat one that has a whole in it t9 do #2
   
   also for #2s the single cable strap … how do you do it with that belt on?

   Single rear cable strap is fairly universally believed to be most comfortable. The double rear tends to be annoying if you sit, while the flat one with the hole in it is more likely to chafe if you're active.
