    A torch and a Hammer works great to bend something.

    I did some metalworking at school a long time ago so that will jou be a problem

    oh my "Hot hands" comment was probably confusing. It is a chemical hand warmer.

    I find that when my balls are warm my cremaster muscle relaxes and the pain goes away.

    I agree, it’s cage to ring gap, the ring isn’t your problem.

    I think its both.
    the 50mm is slightly to big and the 45mm is slightly to small...
    Gonna try first to close the gap a bit to test the 45mm and 50mm round flat ring for my cage and if nessecary remodel them and adjust the diameter.

    Its what everybody says to get the measurements in the sweetspot you have a lot of trial and error

    And the cahe dimensions are what i need.
    So hope i can fix the gap problem i have.

    Thinking to make also an adapter for security screws so i can ditch the currend lock

    I have bent these type of cages by hand. Lock the cage and just bend it slightly. I had the problem that the ring was the right size but the gap between ring and cage was too large. After bending it fits a lot better.
