Depends on the cage, some have the tube as part of the cage, so it goes inside you as the cage surrounds you. This is how my 2 cages are with the all metal tube. One of the tubes is ribbed so as it moves back and forth inside my penis, it tingles and lets me know I am both caged and invaded.
