    This is strange and abit scary for me but I would like to share my experience after having cummed in a cock cage. I was not able to pee for 30 minutes eventhough there was a desire to pee and it scared me.

    Possibly:

    You didn't really need to urinate, but had irritated yourself such that the feeling was the same.

    Or, (if you could feel the actual pressure in your bladder), you could have misaligned yourself and the urethra was bent, and therefore, blocked, until you resumed the original orientation.

    You can cause this from being a bit rough (bruising your prostate I believe) but it should pass in an hour or two. Its a similar feeling to thrush (if you know what that's like).

    I have a similar feeling that I need to pee but nothing comes out after I get pegged for an extended time. I believe ALiR is correct that the prostate just needs some recovery time. I will often tell my Wife that I feel like I need to pee after pegging, she will just snap a condom over my cage to avoid any accidents so we can carry on.
