Anyone else have radio silence from customchastity?

I have ordered a custom built custom chastity saint and have received the tester sample in late July. I gave my feedback on sizing the same day but have had radio silence since despite three emails.

Is anyone else getting this radio silence? Given the state of the world, I hope it is that they are on holiday and not something more sinister. Just keen to know others experience - am I being impatient (after nearly three weeks no communication) or is there cause for concern...?
