So I recently purchased the new HolyTrainer from their website but I didn’t get a confirmation email or anything. Does anyone know if I was meant to?
I was coming here to ask the same. I’ve bought from them before, but not in the last couple of years. I actually DID get a confirmation, but that was early March. I’ve had nothing since - and when I emailed them tonight, two email addresses I had for them are bouncing. Sad to say, I think they’ve gone under. I think I’m going to dispute my purchase.
