    My problem is when I get excited / punished by my Dom my testicles shrink down so small they almost retract inside my body. How do I find a cock cage that will stay in place for s guy with small balls?

    well if they locked in a little ring they cant go back inside you can they. and they dose sell little ones that are 36mm at Ali Express. cos i got one.

    Its not about ring size but more about ring gap. The distance between cage and the base ring. Some of the 3D printed cages can allow you to get a smaller gap your balls wont pop out. Josielynn, on this site as well, can customize.

    Another option might be a belt rather than ring ball trap designs. These don't rely on balls to do anything but be behind the belt.

    You are welcome! I highly recommend buying the basering that you think you need as well as the next size smaller. After a few days in you can often switch to smaller ring.
