    I tried a 45mm and while it fit well, the nut sack stayed a bit blue. not totaly blue but a bit. But that was also with a cheap chinese device and not sometime much nicer. What kind of $$ are you thinking?

    Still looking, need 50 or 48 cock ring, I might be able to do a 45 if the gap is better than the Chinese stuff. The 45mm ring I have fits well till I fit the cage, many times I start to turn slightly blue, but not cold.
