    Any help with a device or things I could use to help with my active job and working out. I somewhat frequently get a pinch or a tug in the tip area. I’ve tried lube and that doesn’t seem to help.

    You probably need a better fitting device - whether size or style. Pinching should be rare if it fits well. There will be certain exercises that will always be problematic though.

    Look into cherry keeper. I work construction and am locked every day with no issues

    Also helps if you roll up some toilet paper and keep over the head of the cage to prevent the delicate head flesh from getting pinched between cage and clothes. I wear a tube device and wear an overnight pad and tuck it back tight for a smooth look and rarely have problems working out or even riding a bike for half an hour.

    I do the tp thing, I will try a pad and see if that helps

    For me the Nub is the most comfortable device and if you are not too big, will allow for most activities to be performed while locked. Good luck.
