Is there a airport safe cage? Were planning on going on vacation next year and I know a metal cage wont pass through security.
Also now they have the body scans so what can be worn?

Others have posted here about their travel experiences, but I would think one of the silicon or plastic designs would pass thru a detector, especially if you avoid a metal lock. Safe travels.

I made a post a while ago somewhere on this site.
I am wearing a Holy Trainer Small. All plastic with a tiny brass integrated lock.
Was supposed to remove it before the flight but never did.
Passes through two airports without any issues.
Wife has not removed my cage since. :)
Guess she is comfortable with it now.

I use a Holy Trainer. I have a standard and nano. I find with both after sitting it mr walking the bottom of the ring moves forward and causes severe burn feeling. Have you had this problem?

Yes, I have the same burnig feeling, I think is a problem with the size of the ring.
