Homemade chastity devices

In this tutorial I like to show you how some of my cages are built. It would be helpful if you own a lathe and tools for cutting threads. Drills in steps of 0.1 mm would make things easier also. I already described the procedure some years ago on tumblr, but now tumblr is not available any more for this kind of kinky stuff.

First use a brass ring with inner diameter of 32 mm and outer of 44 mm. With the lathe (or with a file) flatten one side of the ring. Then centre punch 12 times in equal distances. Fort hat I use the lathe chuck rotating by 30 degrees and use the puncher mounted in the fixing or the turning steel. This ensures equal distances from the ring center. Drill the holes with 2.2 mm and countersink both sides.



The bars are made from 2.0 mm aluminium welding wire. Turn the wire round a cylinder of about 30 to 32 mm in diameter to a coil. That depends on how much the wire springs back after release. At least you should get an inner diameter of approximately 35 mm. Cut the wire into 12 pieces with some oversize.



The front nozzle is made of brass with 13 mm outside and a M8 thread inside. The notch has 9 mm and is 2.5 mm wide.



Put the brass ring on a flat surface with a M8 screw in the center to hold the nozzle in place. Then adjust the nozzle and cut the bars into the right size. Remove nozzle and screw. Close the underside oft he holes with tape. Fill the holes half with two component epoxy glue, insert the bars and adjust to equal distances respectively angles. Harden in the oven at 150 °C for 5 minutes.



After cooling mount the nozzle by pressing it in from the inner side oft the cage. Apply epoxy and harden again. Not necessary to use that ugly huge amount of glue as I did!

Here comes part 2

The A-ring is made of stainless steel with an inner diameter of 50 mm or that size you will fit. The ring material is 8 mm in diameter. 10 mm is also very comfortable. Drill a hole into the ring with 4 mm and make a pin that could press fitted to that hole. So the pin should be 0.02 mm more in diameter than the hole. With no lathe glue the pin into the ring with epoxy. The other pictures explain, how to make the part, which is glued to the cage and where the holes for the padlock should be.



The optional urethral plug is made of silicon tube with 8 mm outer diameter and has a rounded tip made of acrylic glass. A small brass element with M8 thread connects the tube to the cage.



Depending on your anatomy you can of course alter the A-ring diameter and the gap between A-ring and cage.

Yes, you are right. Some years ago, when tumblr was more open minded, my girlfriend and me posted reports of our work. The ideas mostly came from her, manufacturing was my part.

 

The tip for the insert is made of yellow acrylic glass with a lathe. Outer diameter is 10 mm and the surface is polished to avoid irritation of the urethra.

Wether you can tolerate insertions to your very sensitive urethra, that is up to you to find out.
