Now that im back in my Lori 2A 24/7 i need to address the added weight it has over the plastic cages as well as the wire chinese cages. dont get me wrong the ONLY drawback of the custom cages is the added weight. however it is also worlds more secure(anti pullout ring or PA security) Im wondering what you guys wear to support the beefier cages? My KH/Wife is not keen on me in feminine underwear so a male aesthetic underwear is needed. I am going to buy one male thong and see what her reaction is to that, she loves to use the rattan cane on me so she may like the ability to see her handiwork with that while still being in underwear. I did ask her what she wants to see me in as i brought this topic up when i figured i needed more support after working on my feet all day and having the cage bouncing around a lot. she was partial to a black or blue or dark colored boxer brief. basically im looking for whatever garment provides the best support as i am climbing ladders and moving all around some days at work. I also find that boxer briefs help lower the visible profile of a cage. any tips would be greatly appreciated.
I've found the boxer briefs made by a company called Airship Apparel work very well. Their boxers have a built in pouch that supports your package. I suppose any other pouched underwear would work too.
I just wear the Jockey Elance bikini. I did order a bunch online a while back. I have been wearing this style since the 80s, and they work well with my device.
I usually order online via Amazon or Aliexpress. I look more for the style than the brand. I prefer g-strings and narrow/teardrop front pouches. Also have a few backless.

Jockstrap for me holds everything in place and supports the device plus with a full belt the waistband is extra wide and helps cover any accidental exposure.
I use adidas boxer briefs the dryfit ones and jockeys bikini briefsmy wife dom kh has bought them for me. She likes the look of both and they do provide great support. I workout frequently and play basket so they are tried and true in my book Hope this helps
I also find I need some support to be comfortable if I'm wearing a cage. My favourite are Sloggi, either their Midi or Maxi briefs, depending on your size. Good quality and fit and a reasonable price.
I've found that a Tonus suspensory combined with a Tiger midrise double-seat brief will provide great support for a CB-6000S.
I’m on the same page as @Lakeman. I wear obviously underwear. Have been for a number of years. Like them a lot.
I wear separatec. Has a ball ouch for support and a separate chamber for the penis. It slides through a hole. It’s designed to keep you from sticking to yourself. And when you have to pee. There’s a flap up front you flip up so you don’t have to stuff it all back in. I find they support everything very well and keep things where they need to be.
Pouch briefs from Andrew Christian (almost naked series) fits the best for me. Also briefs from Addicted and ES fits ok but are more tight as they have lessw pouch. All can be ordered online world wide
