    Hmmm I cant seem to get my avatar to upload, it keeps deleting it...
    Everyone else has an avatar, so I must be the idiot here...

    Avatars have to be approved. I don't know what you're trying to upload (hopefully not something like a picture of your locked cock), but if it is repeatedly rejected, that might be the issue.

    It could also be nobody is on to approve it at the moment.
