    I got really excited when I saw 'medical journal', but this is an article with a doctor's opinion - two very different things! I was instantly curious about materials and methods in a chastity study... but I digress. :D

    Regardless, nice finds. I thought this was a great snippet from the first link:
    I have often wondered about long-term effects, and the point was raised that you'd likely hear of lawsuits if people were getting seriously injured. I'd never really considered that before. I have never thought about investigating urology journals either, but might be worth a google! Thanks for sharing.

    I read an article from a urologist who said he had not heard of any urologists talking about damage being done. His assumption is that by now there would at least be some talk about it being an issue if it was. I will try and find the article and post it.

    I work in a hospital and have access to the institutional account for PubMed and Elsevier (everyone does as part of the Medical Library).

    I've had -zero- luck finding any scholarly articles on the topic.

    A clear knowledge gap exists...

    Someone should really fund some research projects. ;)
