    So I went to clean myself and see that the cock ring slices into the side of my ball sack. Has anyone else had this issue before? How can I fix this issue

    is there a very fine line where the plastic is moulded?
    you may need to use some fine sandpaper to rub it smooth.

    It seems to be getting cut from the side of the ring. It's the new design that the two edges of plastic protrude and there's a gap. It's almost like they are skipping out on plastic as the old ones used to be rounded

    you could use a little smear of epoxy resin to fill and smooth the gap.
    I've used epoxy a few times to resolve problems with plastic devices.
    If you put a little too much on it can be sanded down smooth - worth taking a little time over to get it right.

    When they say should be able to fit up to your index finger in the ring, where is it supposed to be fitted? If it's where the penis is then I can fit but if it's under my sack it's too tight

    I have some lovely little scars on my sac from exactly the same problem. I am afraid the only way to stop the device trying to chew your balls off is take it off and throw it away. Whatever you do you must must must take it off and let yourself fully heal before putting anything back on.

    I swapped to a real Holy Trainer and that rescued my attempts to wear a device successfully.

    That design is the chinese copies and cuts and burns you terribly, if you are sure of the ring size you need buy an original ring from the CB manufacturer or one of there outlets, you will find the proper rings dont have the groove on them.

    Better still as said above throw away and look at Holy Trainer or a stainless cage the chinese do make rather good copies of these. Once happy go custom if you're looking for a permanent lockup

    Not off hand but there is no groove on either side other than that there nearly identical

    As someone else said use sans paper on moulding line. The device you have is a copy. Check the tube also for mould line, as that one will end up cutting cock ! ( from experience lol)
