Also donkeys & octopi could be bio engineered to have superior intellect and psychic powers to run a more efficient new world order government. It would be awesome.

 

Its an idea I've seen consistently (if not commonly) in science fiction (both erotic and non). Sort of the male version of being objectified, and valued only for your ability to produce children.

• Being the last guy on Earth would probably be fun . . . at least until the government found out you existed. At that point, you'd have a special forces team storm your home, and nationalize your testicles as a "strategic national resource". After all, your semen would vital in ensuring the continuation of the human race! So no more wasting it through sex - it'll be harvested "scientifically", and then rationed out to all the women hoping to get pregnant.
• A society takes an extremely hardcore feminist/"feminazi" turn. The ration of male to female births is strictly controlled, to insure that women drastically outnumber the men. And any guy showing signs of "testosterone poisoning" is summarily executed
• The idea of sperm donation/in vitro fertilization are taken to an extreme. In a future society, rather than getting impregnated by her husband, women looking to have a child pick a sperm donor with the genetic traits they wants their kids to have. Bigger, stronger, healthier, smarter, more attractive . . . Maybe her husband even helps her look through the donor books and databases
• Something happens to make guys naturally scarce. Harems start to form around the few remaining ones - and promptly marginalize the guys. After all, in a democracy, why would the lone guy get to overrule all the women? He has to be escorted in public (lest other women try to poach him), and they gang up on him anytime he wants to do anything remotely dangerous (no, you can't go play pick-up football today). He may not even get to pick the women of "his" harem - the current members might decide that for him
• A guy in a far-future society, investigating an odd serious of decisions by a politician, realizes that the politician's wife and daughters are actually making the decisions, and subtly manipulating him into taking them. As the investigator ponders what to do with the information, it hits him - his mother and sisters were exactly the same way growing up. And his mother is friends with the politician's wife. He sits down and wonders - has he ever actually made a decision for himself? Of have they all been made for him?
