    Two things, firstly plastic isn't really the best for long term wear due to moisture accumulation and breakage, secondly the sound will open you to UTI, which can also make long term wearing impossible. That's not to say that it can't be done, just that you're much more likely to have a problem. Also I saw that they had a stainless steel version. Go for that if you can afford it.

    Hi,
    i had one like that and its very cheap made,the urethal insert dosent have the right angle secondly the tip is thin that could easely hurt your hole,without the tube the cage is not bad.

    I wear one, see my gallery... The insert does get sore....I'm a grower so my willy slides up and down it, if it's dry then it will hurt.

    I can sleep with it in, but going much longer than 24 hours would be challenging.

    Works fine with out until my willy goes turtle, that's when the insert is good!!!!
