Introducing the TitaniumChastiTi TI-600

Please find attached a link to my latest completed home made Chastity Device the TitaniumChastiTi Ti-600, hand made by myself completely from Titanium Ti-6Al-4V, complete with PA fitted, possibly the most secure device available to date and weighs only 25 grams more than an original CB6000 that ive owned for 7 years. Its designed to be ive spent over a year developing this, the PA is secured from behind with a design that is only accessible when the lock is undone, totally secure but very comfortable, thanks for your interest Edit... yes made by me for me and worn by me !!!

 

The total all up weight with cage, back ring, lock, 8mm PA lock and the PA locking mechanism is 111 grams, I have sent a PM Peter Rabbit and will show the locking mechanism when the website is live, Thank you for your kind feedback.

 

Thanks for the positive feedback, this has been a long time in development, hope to be live soon on the web site, all takes time also working on another model on the lines of the PA-5000 but seriously light ;-) All made to measure and just the usual measurements that go into every custom device and yes each device has its own unique lock/key, just in case you want more than one

 

Every single device is made from individual pieces of Ti billet and bar, delivery to start with will be 1-2 weeks and yes of course it can be had without the need for a piercing, the picture I showed was the one I made for myself and wear with an 8 mm PA, and I appreciate not everyone wants to modify their body in what some would consider an extreme way !!, therefore I will make whatever people want , prices considering the material will be very very competitive, I also have access to x-ray analysis equipment to confirm the material, although once viewed in person its immediately obvious. You cant disguise Aluminium as Titanium !!!

This is the one worry I have about producing items like this for people, not in my confidence in producing it, but peoples expectations !! The only other person working in this material charges Thousands, not Hundreds, Jemima, if you think this just landed on my lap one day with a note saying Sell me for hundreds of pounds and you will be a millionaire over night, you are much misguided, how about over 1 years development, hours and hours of midnight oil burning, failures, very expensive scrap failures, learning to machine the most difficult metal there is to work on this planet, learning how to weld it, finish it, polish it, I also need to eat, feed my family, pay for my electricity, raw materials etc !! oh and yes did i mention the £10,000 ive invested in my machine shop ? Yes I appreciate its a lot of money, but you get what you pay for in life, not a rant, but a view from the "manufacturing" side.

 

Im doing my best to catch up, another model finished today although feedback not so good so far haha, web site to follow, I have been doing them since 1995, but i dont enjoy it, not sure where you are in the Uk but you are very welcome to visit my workshop and view what ive done so far, Im in York, not flooded yet !!!
