Argh, my PA has migrated! It was self done last year and stretched up to 5mm. For the past two to three months I've warn a stainless steel ring in it. I noticed a little pain and blood during sex but thought nothing of it until the other week. I looked at the ring and thought "that's hanging low." It's shifted about 5mm from where I originally did it to just behind my glans. I immediately took out my ring and left it. Hoping it would heal. It hasn't yet! I think that I should have gone with a smaller ring and maybe tiatanium. I'm obviously worried that I won't be able to use a piercing for chastity. I'm of the opinion that without a PA, chastity is not possible. Anyone else had problems or can offer advice? M
P.A s do not generally close up completely ever . Migration has always been my reservation on hanging devices from this piercing. I just think allways going to be a good chance of it moving and always out wards. Material not going to make big difference if you have half a ton of device hanging on it. Xx Wendy
I pierced a good distance down, to be honest I don't think that it was the hanging of a device. It didn't migrate when I wore my cage. Just when I had a ring in. It happened over the past two months, I've been unlocked for that time, just with ring in. We've always had lots of sex and I'm wondering if it's been pulling on the ring. Not sure what the way forward is!
This is one of those situations where I'd heartily suggest consulting a piercing professional. If it goes badly, your next consult may be with a urologist or plastic surgeon.
I really don't think it's going to get that bad. For the moment I've taken my ring out. Nothing is happening. I've only a little scar tissue. I'm thinking it's trauma rather than rejection. I intend to not get worked up about it. I think there's a lesson in going steady with rings and sex!
@maff2k sorry to hear your problems.. I have only a 4mm steel ring and yes I get some streching of the uretha but nothing else and fortunately a fair amount of sex, be patient and let it heal .. You will have to use something else to keep her happy Regards Lucy x
Hi It's not about who did the piercing it is entirely down to your anatomy. If it migrates all the way out all you will end up with is short subsiding ! Absolutely no big deal. So don't worry at all Xx Wendy
Migration is a huge fear of mine, and so I've been cautious about it. I saw my piercer to give me a thumbs up on my healing after a year. He suggested I go titanium if I go larger than 2ga. I do like my Body Circle Rubber Ball and Socket Rings (link). A few nights ago, my fantastic wife took mine out with her lips and tongue while her hand was busy trapping and tugging my testicles. She prefers no jewelry inside her, and these are easy to remove.
