I have worn the cb6000 without removal for 10 days. I have worn the htv2 for a period of just over 2 months with regular removal and reinstall. Just clean daily. I dribble some soap into the top and plunge my dick up and down inside it and rinse. Br sure all soap residue is rinsed out well. No problems.
i had cb6ks before my one i got now and the trouble is with them that they pongs a bit and after another bit they splits and you has to glue them back together and then all the glue sticks all your fingers.
get an open cage type,OR have your wife tie your hands behind your back,take the cage off and clean,shave and do what she wants before putoing it back on you after you shower. also taking a good hot bath is better than a shower for cleaning inside a closed tube.

I shower twice daily because I work a physical job in a tropical environment. I use liquid, anti bacterial body wash and apply it very liberally. Not only do I smell awesome, I also have zero issues with cleanliness. Jay.
